The Art of Mindfulness - A Series of Talks

Over these four talks, Buddhist nun Kelsang Shechog will share methods derived from the Buddhist tradition that improve our mindfulness both in meditation and in daily life.

Each talk is self contained so you can register for any one, or attend the entire program.  The sessions comprise of guided meditations, talks and the opportunity to ask questions.

Monday 30th January - What is meditation and how do I begin?

Tuesday 31st January - What is mindfulness and how do I do it?

Wednesday 1st February - How do I take control of my happiness?

Thursday 2nd February - How do I develop deep inner stillness?

The Teacher:
Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington.  Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres in Australia where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example.  Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
