Bodhinyanarama Monastery - City Meditation

Presented by one of the Monastery's buddhist monks

A simplified version of the Monastery's regular Sunday format led by one of the monks. Short chanting, meditation instruction, meditation, dhamma talk, discussion.

When:	6pm to 8pm, the first Monday of each month beginning Monday 6th February 2017.
Where:	Wellington City, Wellington (see below for the venue address)
Suggested donation:	koha
