Meditation Class And Chai Tea

Come and join us for our fortnightly meditation night at Sublimity.  Cendrine will guide you through an hour meditation, designed to suit beginners as well as regular practitioners, followed by some home-made chai tea.
Cendrine likes to use visualizations as a way to guide people into finding more about themselves.  The meditations may include working on the energetic field, discovering your animals of power, working with the natural elements of nature, releasing emotional blockages and setting new goals in life.

Meditation pillows provided.
Optional Chai tea provided after the meditation.
