Insight Aotearoa Presents: A Journey To The Self - Deepening Your Intuitive Process Facilitated By Horses

Renee and Jane are dedicated to supporting people enhance their wellbeing and raise their vibrations in a process facilitated by horses.  Horses are spiritual beings whose presence dramatically accelerates personal growth and healing.  They are masters of empowerment, creativity, inspiration, insight and compassion. 

Horses live in the moment and are always grounded in the here and now, aware completely of their surrounds on a metaphysical and intuitive level.  Interacting with horses allows you to become more centred and mindful and when you become aware of yourself and others in a conscious way, you are able to evoke innovative solutions to life difficulties and challenges. 

Renee and Jane invite you to join us for an experience of powerful, deep healing and learning.  Our horses are majestic beings who will support you in your transformational process where you will experience your deeper authentic self.  When you interact with our herd, you will learn about connection to self and others and you will experience a deeper heartfelt connection. 

Our horses will support you to move towards the real you, where you will experience yourself on a deeper emotional, physical and mental level. 

So join us for a 2 day Personal Development workshop where horses support you access your true self, develop your ability for self-reflection and deepen your connection with self and others.  The Eponaquest model (developed by Linda Kohanov author of The Tao of Equus) offers your the opportunity to;

• Learn to use emotion as information
• Access a more authentic self
• Recognise and move beyond conditioned behaviours and thought patterns
• Set boundaries to establish and maintain clear and consistent personal space
• Learn the body scan and how to utilise the body as a sensory device
• Allow horses to guide you in developing deeper connections
• Develop essential skills for building an authentic community

You do not need to have had previous horse experience as all of your interactions with horses will be ground based.
